This privacy policy describes how Panda Catch Oranges ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

• High score: your best score, so the game can show it on the main screen.
• App preferences: your sound mute setting.

Uninstalling the App removes this data.

1.2 Google Play Games Sign-In

The App signs you in with your Google Play Games profile so your score can be placed on the leaderboard. It receives your Play Games player identifier.

The leaderboard is public. Scores you submit, along with your Play Games display name, can be seen by other players. If you do not want that, you can decline Play Games sign-in, or hide your profile in the Play Games app settings. Declining sign-in means no score and no player identifier are submitted, and the rest of the game works normally.

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not collect photos, videos, contacts, files, microphone or camera data.
• We do not collect precise location. The App requests no location permission.
• We do not have user accounts or sign-up flows of our own.
• We do not sell any data to third parties.

The App's own manifest requests only two permissions — internet access and network state. The Google libraries it includes add a few more to the installed app, most notably the advertising identifier used by AdMob, together with supporting permissions for install attribution, vibration, and keeping the device awake while a video advert plays. None of them give access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.

4. Data Sharing

We operate no server of our own, so no data is sent to us. The data that leaves your device goes to Google services:

• Anonymous analytics data sent to Firebase Analytics (usage patterns, not personal information).
• Crash reports sent to Firebase Crashlytics (technical device and app state, not personal information).
• Advertising data processed by Google AdMob to serve ads, which Google and its advertising partners may use to show you personalised adverts.
• Your Play Games display name and score, published to a public leaderboard if you sign in to Play Games.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data: your high score and mute setting stay on your device until you uninstall the App.
• Analytics and crash data: retained by Firebase according to Google's data retention policies. Crash reports are kept for 90 days by default.
• Leaderboard scores: you can remove the game from your Google Play Games profile to delete your entry.
• Other requests: email us and we will pass the request on to Google and confirm when it is done. Please allow up to 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We hold no user database, which removes most of the risk. Local data is stored on your device, sandboxed to the App. Where information is transmitted to the Google services above it is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

• Play Games sign-in: decline it, and no player identifier or score is submitted and nothing appears on the public leaderboard.
• Ad personalization: you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google Settings under "Ads".
• Analytics: you can limit analytics collection through your device's Google Settings.
• Uninstalling the App stops all collection described here.
