By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku Zen ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is developed and published by The Mighty Midgets ("we", "us", or "our") and is
available on the Google Play Store under the package identifier com.themightymidgets.sudoku.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

Sudoku Zen does not require you to create an account. All game data (progress, statistics, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or manage any user credentials.
The App offers optional premium features available through in-app purchases, including:
Premium features include ad removal, unlimited hints, and access to custom themes.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not receive, handle, or store your payment information.
We may offer a free trial period for subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable price. Trial eligibility and duration are determined by Google Play.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through Google Play, and you will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads help support the development and maintenance of the App. You may remove ads by subscribing to Zen Pass.
Ad serving is governed by Google's advertising policies. You can manage your ad preferences through your device's Google Ad Settings.
All content in the App, including but not limited to the user interface, design, graphics, icons, text, software code, and puzzle generation algorithms, is owned by The Mighty Midgets or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Sudoku Zen" and the Sudoku Zen logo are trademarks of The Mighty Midgets. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
The App does not allow users to create, upload, or share content. All puzzle content is generated by the App's algorithms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Mighty Midgets, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten US dollars (USD $10.00), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Mighty Midgets and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.
Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
The App integrates third-party services including Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
